Inviting a New User to an Organization
Either the Owner or a Grower can add new users to their organization. To do so, follow the below steps:
- Step 1: Navigate to the Settings menu
- Step 2: Click on the People tab
- Step 3: Click the green + Invite Users button and the blue + Add More button
- Step 4: Type in their email and assign their user role; Admin, Manager, Employee, or Login Manager.
- Step 5: Click on the green Invite button
Accepting a Account Invite
- Step 1: If you are a new user that has been added to an existing organization, you will immediately receive a welcome email from support@artemisag.com, with an invitation to log into LUNA CMP.
- Step 2: Click “Accept Invitation” to be redirected to a new window that will allow you to set your name and password, and therefore create a login to LUNA CMP.
Be sure to remember your login information, you will need it anytime you log into LUNA CMP on the desktop or mobile.
If you did not receive a Welcome email in your inbox, check your spam folder for emails from support@artemisag.com, and ask your IT department if your firewall is blocking emails from support@artemisag.com.
