LUNA CMP is a Cultivation Management Platform designed to help operations track their process from raw material inputs through to shipment out of the facility. This is done with a focus on labor management and ensuring traceability at every step of the process.
As a note, each client can uniquely set up their own facility and may or may not opt into certain features and methods of tracking.
Setup & Planning
Clients begin with outlining the different stages of their process and then creating SOPs (or templates) for each of those SOPs. This includes SOPs for specific varieties grown, post-harvest processing and packing, and compliance SOPs. Once the playbook of SOPs is defined, operators will begin to use the SOPs to track production data.
Process & Production
When ready for use, SOP templates are copied to a calendar timeline to ensure all tasks that are part of the SOP are fulfilled, driving at accountability. Further, the system is flexible enough to add additional tasks and activity for any additional contingencies or corrective actions that might arise during the process.
Every user receives a their own login to the platform, so when actions or tasks are completed, not only is the completion uniquely time-stamped to the user, additional data related to that task is tracked as well. For example, batch units, zones, destroy reasons, weights and more can be tracked on actions like Batch Starts, Moves, Destroys, Splits, Finishes, and Manual tasks.
Reporting
A big component of tracking production data is being able to report on these various activities. Reporting happens in three main areas: Production (for current plant batch inventory data), Reports (for time-based cultivation data, like yield, loss, and capacity utilization), and Compliance (for task based reporting like Starts, Moves, Destroys and SOP completion).
