Users can upload their compliance documents to the Documents Library. Food safety plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), scans of paper logs, or anything else users want to keep in one place can be uploaded into this section.
To upload a document:
Step 1: Click on the Compliance tab in the menu bar.
Step 2: Click on Documents on the upper left hand side
Step 3: Click the green Upload a File button to choose a file to upload from your computer. Supported file formats are .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .xls, doc, .docx, .pdf, .csv, or .txt file and smaller than 1MB.
Step 4: The document will now be available under the Documents Library sub tab.
Delete Option: To delete a specific document, locate the document you'd like to delete and click on the red Trash bin emoji located on the right hand side of the document selected.
