Using the Activity Log for Compliance Reporting

In LUNA CMP, the Compliance tab provides users access to their facility Activity Log. This log will include all completed tasks for a given time range and filters. Using the filters, users can pull logs of tasks completed that are necessary for various compliance audits and reports.

Activity Log:

Step 1: Under the Activity Log sub tab of the Compliance tab.

Step 2: Users can filter by Categories, Zones, Assigned To, Completed By, Crop Batch, Crop Variety, Search by keyword in the search bar or Filter by date range (note that the default date range is today's date).

Step 3: Apply Filters.

Step 4: Export CSV as needed.

Resulting entries will appear in the window including the following columns: 

• Completed On
• Logged
• Reverted on
• Assigned To
• Completed By
• Zone
• Batch ID
• Inputs
• Outputs
• Estimated Labor Hours
• Instructions
• Notes
• Uploaded Documents
