Each user is assigned a permission level in LUNA CMP that controls their access to what they can see, do, and edit. Below is a breakdown of the different levels of access (Employee, Manager, Admin) by platform (Desktop browser, Mobile app)
Desktop browser
Employee
- Has read access to batches
- Can view tasks/complete tasks they’ve been assigned to or are for “anyone” in general.
- Cannot edit tasks.
- Can enter/edit data into Metrics page
- Can’t seed an unscheduled batch ad hoc (from Planning)
- Can’t view the Reports Page
- Can view the entire Compliance log
- Can view Template Editor, Template Index and Zone Index Pages
- Can view own profile and manage own alerts in Settings
Manager
- Can perform any action on any resource within an the organization
- For example, View/Add/Edit/Update/Delete a task, crop, etc
- Can view the Reports Page and add edit a Report
- Can view the Metrics Page and add Metrics
- Has full access to Settings area except specific developer pages
- Can invite new users to an organization
- Can’t change a user’s role once it’s been set and can’t delete a users
- Does have access to Planning page and can create and edit Templates
Admin
- This considered to be the superuser within the organization
- This role is assigned when a new organization is created
- Can perform any action on any resource within an the organization
- For example, View/Add/Edit/Update/Delete a task, crop, etc
- Total Reports Functionality
- Total Metrics Functionality
- Total Settings Functionality except specific developer pages
- Cannot change their own role in Settings, but can adjust anyone else's role
Mobile app
Employee
- Can Complete/”uncomplete” task assigned to employee or anyone
- View batch list
- Can take pictures and write notes
- Can edit batch information
- Scan barcode
Manager/Admin
- (Employee capabilities plus)
- Complete/uncomplete tasks assigned to anyone
- Add manual task
- Assign tasks to anyone
- Take adhoc actions for a batch (destroy/split/harvest/move)
Login Manager (AVAILABLE ONLY ON MOBILE)
- Allows any team member to log in by scanning (or entering) their barcode
- Team members can log in and out under the Login Manager
- The permission level that the user has is used when logged in through the Login Manager account
