Printing barcodes for multiple batches on production page
To print the barcodes of multiple batches, go to the production page. Select the stage you want to print barcodes from (e.g. Crops) and use the batch search bar and the date filter to narrow down the batch list to those you want to print barcodes for (e.g. Arugula, Active Today). Only barcodes for the batches shown in this stage, and in these filters, will be printed.
Click the 'Print Barcodes' button and a window will pop up.
Step 1: review the list of barcodes to print. To delete any, simply click the "x" on the barcode listed.
Step 2: Select the barcode type. There are a variety of types, including QR codes (called Aztec Code). The display will change to visualize the barcode according to which type you choose.
Step 3: Choose a label format.
Step 4: Print
- Once you click print, a window will pop up with your print settings. This is where you can adjust the quantity of labels you want to print, the formatting, etc. This will look different for every customer depending on their printing set up.
